Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Proven success leading skilled nursing or post-acute rehab operations.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
- Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Customer service mindset for residents and families.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and quality measures.
- Visible, approachable leadership focused on developing people.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility.
- Drive performance while upholding resident care and service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality outcomes.
- Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Support census development, financial performance, and long-term success.
