Job summary

The Skagit Valley Family Ymca seeks an Executive Director of Service Delivery to lead Healthy Living, Membership, Youth Development, Childcare, and Outdoor Programs, plus Advancement functions. You will drive high-quality program delivery, robust operations, and sustainable revenue growth while guiding staff and aligning with market needs.

You will report to the Executive Leadership Team, oversee budgets, and foster community engagement.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in YMCA or nonprofit organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human services, nonprofit management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• YMCA Organizational Leader certification required within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and fiscal leadership across service delivery units.
• Oversee program growth, staff development, and operational efficiency.
• Lead donor engagement, marketing, and community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance, financial stewardship, and performance metrics.
