Job summary

Skagit Valley Family YMCA Mount Vernon is seeking an Executive Director of Service Delivery to lead strategic and operational efforts across Healthy Living, Membership, Youth Development, Childcare, and outdoor programs. You will drive high-quality program delivery, responsible budgeting, and sustainable revenue growth while aligning services with community needs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible leadership in YMCA or other nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human services, nonprofit management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse socio-economic, cultural, and community groups; experience in volunteer engagement and board relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Skagit Y Executive Team contributing to strategy formulation, operational planning, and organizational decision-making.
• Provide association-wide executive leadership in partnership with Finance, HR, Social Impact, and other Executive leaders.
• Lead strategies to optimize membership growth, childcare and outdoor-program enrollment, and donor engagement.
• Oversee the service delivery divisions: Healthy Living, Membership, Youth Development, Childcare, and Y Outdoor Programs.
• Direct annual operating planning for Service Delivery divisions and monitor monthly financial performance.
• Support data reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive improvement.
