Job summary

The Skagit Valley Family Ymca seeks an Executive Director of Service Delivery to lead Healthy Living, Membership, Youth Development, Childcare, and Outdoor Programs, plus Advancement functions. You will drive high-quality program delivery, robust operations, and sustainable revenue growth while guiding staff and aligning with market needs.

You will report to the Executive Leadership Team, oversee budgets, and foster community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in YMCA or nonprofit organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human services, nonprofit management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • YMCA Organizational Leader certification required within three years of hire.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Service Delivery is an Executive leadership role within the Skagit Valley Family YMCA (Skagit Y). This position provides strategic, operational, and fiscal leadership for the Skagit Y’s Service Delivery divisions, including Healthy Living, Membership, Youth Development, Childcare, and Y Outdoor Programs, as well as Advancement functions including Marketing, and Community Outreach.The ED is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery, strong operational performance, and sustainable revenue growth across all service-delivery units. This includes leadership in membership development, childcare and outdoor-program enrollment, program alignment with market needs, staff supervision and development, operational efficiency, and facility oversight.
