Victory Family YMCA is seeking a Program Director to lead youth and family programs, including sports and special events, under the Center Executive. You will foster a values-based culture, strengthen member connections, and promote high-quality services to members and guests through collaboration with center leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience required.
Two years of programming for youth or related experience would be beneficial.
CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Support the mission, vision and goals of the YMCA.
Lead a values-based culture through caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Develop youth and family programs including sports and events.
Hire, train, supervise and develop staff and volunteers.
Ensure safety and compliance with Emergency Operations Plan.
