Primrose Retirement Communities in Norman, OK is seeking an Executive Director to lead a transitioning senior living community. You will oversee operations, resident satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance while upholding Primrose standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in senior living leadership, strong budgeting skills, regulatory knowledge, and a hands‑on, collaborative style to build a positive culture for residents and staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in the senior living industry.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations for assisted living.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

• Lead the community through the transition with focus on resident satisfaction and service quality.
• Oversee nursing, dining, housekeeping, maintenance and resident engagement.
• Build relationships with residents, families and staff; promote open communication.
• Develop and administer budgets and monitor expenses against parameters.
