Job summary

Methodist Senior Services seeks an Executive Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our Independent Living Community. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and support the quality of life for Elders, while managing facilities, staff, budgeting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operations and supervisory experience in housing, with HUD experience preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations and supervisory experience in property management.
• Experience with HUD regulations and HUD-supported housing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall community operations and facility maintenance.
• Manage staff, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Balance operational management with compassionate leadership.
• Build relationships with Elders, families, staff and the surrounding community.
