Priority Life Care is seeking an Executive Director to plan, direct, and coordinate the operation of a senior living community. You will lead the management team, oversee care, marketing, and budget objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance to support resident well-being and census growth.

This role requires proven leadership in the senior living sector, licensure, and a track record in financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a leadership role in the senior living industry.
• Administrator license in applicable state.
• RN or LPN preferred, but not required.
• BS or MS in business, healthcare, hotel/restaurant management, or related area.
• Background in financial management including budgeting and analysis of financial reports.
• Ability to work with diverse public including residents, ownership groups, and agencies.
• Driven leader with compassion for and desire to work in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community and supervise staff directly or indirectly.
• Direct management to meet financial and budget objectives.
• Oversee marketing and admissions results.
• Operate the community in line with policies ensuring safety and security.
• Oversee nursing, resident care, programming, staffing and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Enforce safe, fiscally responsible admission and retention policies.
• Maintain operation within monthly budget.
• Coordinate health services with physicians.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures; promote PLC mission.
