FellowshipLIFE in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Executive Director to oversee overall community operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strategic growth of a large Life Plan Community.

The Executive Director will partner with the CEO, CFO, Board and corporate leadership to drive census growth, capital improvements, budget ownership, and effective apartment turnover, while maintaining a highly visible, resident-focused leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within Senior Living, Life Plan Communities (CCRCs), Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Healthcare Operations, Hospitality, or similarly complex service environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident experience, and strategic planning.
