You will oversee budgeting, resident billing, and operations while engaging residents and families to ensure satisfaction. A strong leadership presence and solid communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or LHSE by BELTSS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for task management.
• Basic accounting knowledge to support financial tasks.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Professional conduct with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department directors to set objectives and support leadership.
• Track financial performance and participate in budgeting processes.
• Review monthly statements and oversee resident billing.
• Create an environment with high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with residents and families, address concerns, and conduct surveys.
• Uphold excellent customer service and lead by example.
• Assist marketing with strategies and monitor occupancy data.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
