Great Lakes Management invites you to lead its Cottagewood Mankato assisted living community as Executive Director. You will inspire a professional team, oversee operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and cultivate a caring, compliant workplace.

As part of our leadership, you will collaborate with department directors, monitor budgets and monthly statements, manage resident billing, and foster open communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication with a focus on excellence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for efficient task management.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles to aid in financial tasks.
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple projects effectively.
• Skilled in maintaining confidentiality of personnel, financial, and sensitive information.
• Demonstrates tactfulness in interactions with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Possesses a valid driver's license, with acceptable driving record, and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department directors to set performance and operational objectives.
• Tracks financial performance and participates in creating annual budgets.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and oversees resident billing processes.
• Establishes an environment conducive to quality services and high customer satisfaction.
• Engages with residents and families regularly, fostering positive relationships.
• Maintains excellent customer service standards and encourages staff to do the same.
• Assists marketing staff in implementing strategies and monitors occupancy data.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations within the community.
