Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Indiana is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living Community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive occupancy and financial performance, and model our mission and values for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience, preferably in senior living.
• RCA or HFA licensure is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions (AP/AR, ledgers, reconciliations).
• Proficient with MS Office, EHRs, HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including P&L, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and budget performance.
• Lead Housekeeping and supervise department heads in Resident Care, Sales, Maintenance, Dining, Life Enrichment, and Admin.
• Ensure staffing coverage and adherence to Attendance on Demand scheduling.
• Drive occupancy growth and external/community engagement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ex ecute policy, training, and performance evaluations.
