The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, Alabama, seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations of the 64-bed community, overseeing service delivery, finances, HR, licensure compliance, clinical, sales, marketing, and census development to ensure exceptional care and resident satisfaction.

The ED will report to the Regional VP of Operations, driving high standards of customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance in a premium senior living setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a top health care or senior living General Manager/Executive Director.
• Minimum P&L responsibility of $1-3 Million.
• Experience hiring and retaining large teams.
• Strong sales leadership and customer service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive leadership, overall direction, administration, and management of all aspects of the community.
• Ensure fulfillment of commitment to residents with excellence in quality in an upscale senior living environment.
• Drive financial performance within the approved budget and exceed targets where possible.
• Lead marketing and positioning of the community through strategy and sales initiatives.
