Qualifications

• State licensing and certification requirements (if applicable).
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
• Experience working with seniors in a care setting.
• Experience operating and maintaining a customer-focused senior living community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates integrity and leadership skills.
• Promotes the community positively and communicates company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all community departments.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and resident-centered care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.
• Manage community finances to meet occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Champion programs that enhance residents' quality of life across all levels of care.
