Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, hospitality, health care, or related field.
• Minimum three years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management and supervision.
• Sales experience preferred in senior living or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage operating expenses and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community in line with standards and laws.
• Communicate a clear resident-centered vision and ensure service excellence.
• Develop relationships to drive occupancy and appropriate market position.
• Ensure external business development, referral leads, and move-ins.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate resident files.
• Meet financial targets and manage departments within budget.
• Review monthly statements and implement action plans for deficiencies.
• Ensure NOI and occupancy targets are achieved.
