Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strengthening external relationships and steering operations across memory care, clinical, dining, and social programs.

The Executive Director will oversee budgeting, revenue growth, and NOI targets while maintaining high standards of resident care and staff development in a culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, operations supervision, and discipline.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per Owners/Board of Directors and regulations.
• Model a customer-focused resident-centered care vision.
• Build relationships to drive business, optimize pricing and occupancy.
• Develop external business development plans to maximize referrals and move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident files.
• Meet financial targets and budget, oversee departments, and achieve NOI and occupancy goals.
• Monitor monthly financial statements and take corrective actions as needed.
