Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for TerraBella New Bern, NC. The role leads operations and growth in a senior living community, guiding care, dining, memory care, and clinical programs while managing budgets and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, financial stewardship, and a resident-centered model to maximize occupancy and ensure top-line revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience includes hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation and management of the community per Owners/Board and laws.
• Communicates a clear, customer-focused vision on resident-centered care.
• Develops local business relationships to drive occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Ensures external business development plans and referral drive.
• Maintains resident files in compliance with regulations.
• Meets financial targets and manages operating costs within budget.
• Oversees all departments for efficient operations and budget goals.
