Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Parma, OH seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional resident and family experience. You will oversee care, sales, budgeting, compliance, and staff development while building relationships with residents and referral sources.

The role requires prior Executive Director/Administrator/General Manager experience, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Executive Director/Administrator/General Manager experience required.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
