Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, driving financial performance while ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience. The role emphasizes occupancy growth, revenue strategy, regulatory compliance and service excellence.

You will recruit and develop leadership, manage P&L and budgets, collaborate with sales, and build strong relationships with residents, families and referral sources to uphold Sunrise's standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams.

Pay Range:

115,000.00 - 171,080.00
