Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, drive financial performance, engage teammates, and ensure an outstanding resident and family experience.

You will oversee care, sales, budgeting and compliance, recruit and coach leaders, and partner with referral sources to grow occupancy while maintaining regulatory standards. This role requires prior ED/GM experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
