The Wellington at North Bend Crossing, a Sonida Senior Living community in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks anExecutive Director to lead the community’s operations, finances, and sales strategies, ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, implement policies, and coordinate with health care providers to maintain compliance and occupancy goals across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
• State-specific licensure or credentials (RHA/LNHA/HFA) preferred in some states.
• Experience leading a senior living community or similar program.

Responsabilités

• Lead the community’s financial, human resources and operations management.
• Ensure policy implementation related to resident care and services.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance of community staff.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans to meet occupancy targets.
• Coordinate maintenance standards with the Maintenance Director and adhere to state/federal rules.
• Manage budgeting, income, and expenses in line with annual projections.
