Wallick Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director in Columbus, OH to lead and manage the Ashford on Broad community. You will oversee clinical care, culinary, sales, and operations, ensuring residents have an exceptional home and staff deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent credentials.
• 3,000 hours of direct operational responsibility for a senior housing facility or similar.
• 100 post high school credits in gerontology or health care.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed health care professional (various roles) acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years' Executive Director experience in senior living.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations, financial health, regulatory compliance, and KPI achievement.
• Provide oversight to nursing, culinary, sales, maintenance, and life enrichment.
• Ensure high-quality service, occupancy targets, and resident satisfaction.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging work environment and staff development.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for government agencies and leadership.
• Market the community to maintain adequate occupancy and brand standards.
