Qualifications

• Must meet state licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations and financial, human resources and resident services.
• Ensure policy implementation and regulatory compliance across the community.
• Supervise recruiting, hiring, and performance management of staff.
• Collaborate on sales/marketing plans to meet occupancy targets.
• Oversee maintenance standards and budget adherence.
