Sonida Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for Wellington at Arapaho in Richardson, TX, to lead community operations, drive occupancy growth, and build high‑performing teams. You will create an exceptional resident experience and ensure care, hospitality, and financial performance align with the brand.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and people skills, capable of navigating regulatory requirements and driving resident satisfaction across all

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and operations.
• Ability to meet all state requirements to operate a senior living community.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
• Preferred: Executive Director/Administrator or multi-department leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industries.
• Preferred: RHA, HFA, LNHA, or other applicable state licensure/certifications.
