Job summary

Wallick Communities seeks an Executive Director for The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, OH. The role oversees operations, finances, and staff across nursing, culinary, sales, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and strong occupancy performance.

You will lead by example, foster an engaging work environment, and drive budget management and KPI achievement while guiding a team of department leaders toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent credentials.
• 3,000 hours of direct operational responsibility for a senior housing facility or similar.
• 100 credit hours of post high school education in gerontology or health care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the community including financial health and occupancy.
• Manage departments: nursing, operations, culinary, sales, maintenance and life enrichment.
• Ensure quality service and strong communication with residents and families.
• Develop an inclusive, engaging work environment and maintain staffing.
• Prepare annual budget projections and financial forecasting.
• Market the community to maintain occupancy and uphold company standards.
