Wallick Communities seeks an Executive Director for The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, OH, to lead operations, clinical KPIs, and a team of department leaders ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator OR equivalent credentials per Ohio rules.
• 3,000 hours of direct operational responsibility in senior housing or healthcare facility.
• 100 credit hours of post high school education in gerontology or health care.
• Bachelor's degree or licensed health care professional status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure exceptional living experience for residents.
• Lead department leaders responsible for clinical care, culinary, sales, maintenance, and life enrichment.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging work environment with strong team engagement.
• Manage budgeting, occupancy, and financial performance to meet goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service to residents and families.
• Market the community to maintain occupancy and report to authorities as needed.
