Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations at the Ashford of Berkshire in Sunbury, Ohio. You will lead a team across nursing, culinary, sales, and maintenance to deliver exceptional resident care and satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, occupancy, and regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture that aligns with Wallick’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years as Executive Director in senior housing.
• 3,000 hours of direct operational responsibility for a senior facility.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall community operations including financial health and regulatory compliance.
• Lead department leaders responsible for clinical care, culinary, sales, and maintenance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and strong communication with families and partners.
• Maintain staffing levels and oversee annual budget projections and occupancy goals.
• Drive community marketing and ensure adherence to company standards.
