Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Health/Long-Term Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Current Indiana HFA license.
• At least 5 years of Long-Term Care Administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and administer the community’s annual budget plans.
• Oversee staffing across operations to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor quality indicators and drive quality improvement.
• Communicate with residents and staff to resolve concerns.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and Otterbein policies.
• Coach and retain high-caliber staff.
• Build relationships with local board and community partners.
• Participate in ministry-wide teams to share best practices.
