Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director to lead a well-established Assisted Living Facility in Franklin, TN.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisted living operations, a proven ability to lead and develop teams, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care and service.

This position requires an experienced leader who understands the operational, financial, and regulatory responsibilities of managing an assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to department managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Tennessee assisted living regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, staffing levels, and operational expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase resident occupancy.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, referral sources, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment, training, employee development, and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and retain employees.

• Must meet all applicable Tennessee licensing and regulatory requirements for the position.

Please Note: Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct experience as an Executive Director in an assisted living setting. Experience exclusively in skilled nursing, hospitals, or other healthcare settings without assisted living Executive Director experience will not meet the minimum qualifications.
