Parc at Piedmont, a Sonida Senior Living community in Marietta, GA, seeks an Executive Director to lead the community’s financial, HR and operations management. The role oversees resident care policies, staffing, occupancy strategies, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with clinical and support teams.

Applicants should have strong leadership experience in senior living, licensure credentials as required by state, and a track record of driving service excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
• RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (required in some states).
• Must satisfy state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
• A minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required.
• Experience in managing a program or community in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Serve as community leader overseeing finances, HR, and operations.
• Ensure policies and procedures related to resident care are implemented.
• Supervise and assist in providing resident services and coordinate with health providers.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
• Assist with sales/marketing plans to meet occupancy targets.
• Coordinate maintenance standards with directors.
• Manage activities in compliance with regulations and budget projections.
