• Proven operational and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between the community and ownership.
