Job summary

You will lead clinical coordination with staff, drive strategic plans, and oversee cross-departmental operations to deliver resident-centered care and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• OH Executive Director license required.
• Proven senior leadership experience, preferably as an Executive Director.
• Strong strategic planning skills to develop and execute strategies.
• Excellent business development and negotiation abilities.
• Solid operations management and project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.
