Sunrise Senior Living in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an Executive Director to lead all community operations, drive occupancy, revenue and resident experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. • Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams.

Pay Range: 113,256.00 - 161,928.00
