Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. seeks an Executive Center Director to lead center operations, ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation and certification across all departments.

You will drive KPI performance, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver on InnovAge PACE/LIFE programs while maintaining a patient-centered care model. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in healthcare and management, with experience caring for the elderly, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years health care experience.
• 10+ years management experience.
• 1+ year working with the frail or elderly.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations to meet KPI targets across People, Service, Quality, Growth and Financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and certification requirements.
• Supervise staff and manage performance through regular reviews and coaching.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and standardized workflows.
• Coordinate with IT to leverage dataAnalytics and technology for outcomes.
• Represent center onManagement Team and committees; collaborate across departments.
