pfm seeks a Senior Director, Scientific Services to lead the scientific team and shape the lab's strategic direction. You will guide experimental design for translational medicine trials in IO and autoimmune spaces, ensuring compliance with GCLP, GLP, CAP, and CLIA while delivering timely reports to clients.

You will hire and mentor scientists, oversee new product development, and drive growth through industry engagement and collaborations.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Ph.D. in life sciences.
• Experience with tissue-based or molecular assays.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (GCLP/CAP/CLIA/GLP/ISO).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
