Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Director, Scientific Affairs to lead a global laboratory network and drive operational excellence across RFPs, BD meetings, and 3PL partnerships. You will shape budgets, study timelines and protocol specs while mentoring the Scientific Affairs team to deliver robust, scientifically sound proposals.
In this role you will partner with Clinical Development, Lab Operations and Business Development to ensure timely, compliant delivery from proposal through
Qualifications
- 15+ years in CRO/Lab industry or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading global laboratory networks and standardization.
- Experience in protocol analysis and budget review.
- Expertise in clinical development strategy and operational delivery.
- Ability to mentor scientific affairs colleagues.
Responsabilités
- Provide operational support across client proposals and 3PL management.
- Own, mentor and develop staff; report department metrics.
- Collaborate with lab operations and vendor management for protocol specs.
- Attend post-award meetings and ensure timely delivery.
- Represent Precision in client meetings and industry engagements.
