Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Director, Scientific Services to lead the scientific team and set the strategic direction for Precision's laboratory services in translational medicine trials, with emphasis on Immuno-Oncology and autoimmune/inflammatory indications.

You will shape experimental plans, oversee execution, guide a multi-disciplinary team, and communicate progress to clients while ensuring compliance with GCLP, GLP, CAP, CLIA, and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences and extensive post-doctoral experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in tissue-based or molecular assays.
• Familiarity with GCLP, CAP, CLIA, GLP or ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of scientific services for clinical trials.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Hire, coach, mentor scientists and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee lab operations including equipment maintenance and QA.
• Communicate results to clients and build relationships.
• Develop scientific culture and guide growth objectives.
