The Senior Director, Scientific Services at Precision Medicine Group will lead the scientific team and set the strategic direction of the Precision laboratory, delivering exceptional services to global biopharmaceutical clients.

You will translate client requests into experimental plans, supervise a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure work meets GCLP, GLP, CAP, CLIA, and ISO standards while driving growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences with expertise in tissue-based or molecular assays.
• At least 18 years of full-time post-doctoral laboratory experience and 10 years demonstrated management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; capable of guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of scientific services for clinical trials.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery to client standards.
• Hire, coach and mentor scientists; maintain PfM quality standards.
• Oversee the scientific design and development of new products and services to accelerate growth.
• Communicate results to clients and build lasting relationships.
• Manage lab operations including inventory maintenance, instrument upkeep and QA.
• Develop growth objectives, KPIs, policies, and programs; support contract proposals.
