Precision Medicine Group, LLC. in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Director, Scientific Services to lead the scientific team and shape the strategic plan for translational science programs, with a focus on immuno-oncology and autoimmune trials.

The role includes directing experimental design, ensuring timely delivery under GCLP/CAP/CLIA, mentoring scientists, and overseeing lab operations while pursuing growth of services and client partnerships. Ph.D.

Qualifications

Must have a Ph.D. in life sciences.
At least 18 years of full-time post-doctoral laboratory experience and 10 years demonstrated management experience.
Experience with tissue-based and/or molecular assays; familiarity with GCLP/CAP/CLIA/GLP/ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of scientific services to support clinical trial needs.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery to client standards.
Hire, coach, mentor scientists and ensure PfM quality standards.
Develop the scientific culture and mentor scientific managers and staff.
Oversee design/development of new products and services to accelerate growth.
Communicate results to clients and develop lasting relationships.
