Skai is seeking a Director of Expert Services to lead the Retail Media practice, partnering with executives and clients to translate complex data into strategic direction.

You will shape service strategy, oversee delivery, and mentor Directors, Managers, and Specialists while expanding our thought leadership with scalable playbooks. The role is US-based with a hybrid work model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding enterprise retail media clients from strategy through execution.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen linking media decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent the function in leadership settings and uphold quality standards.
• Shape Expert Services strategy including service model, coverage and capacity.
• Lead or co-lead client pitches, audits and scoping with Sales; develop thought leadership.
