Skai is seeking a Director of Expert Services, Retail Media to lead a high-impact team and shape the strategic direction of our expert services. You will partner with executives, shape service models, and drive client outcomes across top retail accounts.

You will hire and coach directors and specialists, influence product and go-to-market plans, and extend thought leadership through client work and published frameworks. Hybrid US-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Senior retail media leadership with enterprise client portfolio ownership.
• Commercial acumen linking media decisions to client outcomes and book growth.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Independent judgement with minimal direction in ambiguous settings.
• Standards-setting in communication; turning analysis into clear narratives.
• Retail media depth across Amazon/Walmart full stack and DSP knowledge.
• Awareness of AMC and measurement to answer business questions.
• Fluency across retailer economics, onsite/offsite, DSP and 1P/3P.
• Experience using AI tools to raise output; not requiring software engineering.

• Represent the function as trusted deputy; uphold quality from plans to client comms.
• Shape Expert Services strategy: service model, capacity, packaging, AI use.
• Support strategic accounts as executive voice; manage escalations and renewals.
• Lead pitches/audits/scoping with Sales; develop thought leadership and plays.
• Hire, coach, and build playbooks; ensure succession within the team.
• Influence stakeholders across product, sales, client services, and engineering.
