Amgen seeks an Executive Director of Digital Product Management for Research to translate strategy into a coherent technology and AI agenda. You will lead benchtop technology, ELN, LIMS, and data platforms, accelerating science across Research disciplines.

You will build a high-performing team, partner with scientific leaders, and set measurable outcomes with strong governance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher with substantial technology leadership experience.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to set multi-year strategy with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Research Technology, Data & AI strategy aligned to portfolio priorities.
• Lead the Research Technology organization and partner with leaders cross-functionally.
• Steward data governance, platform investments, and scientific workflows to enable faster science.
