Amgen is seeking a Data Science Senior Director, Research Data Domain Lead to guide the Research Data Enablement Hub and shape the data strategy for Research. You will collaborate with R&D Tech and Enterprise Data Strategy to align priorities, standards, and governance across a complex organization.

The role requires scientific data fluency, leadership experience, and the ability to build trusted networks.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with significant leadership experience in data domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, FAIR data principles, and enterprise data strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Research Data Enablement Hub and execute the Research Data Domain Strategy.
• Translate research and enterprise strategy into a clear data vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance, quality, and lifecycle management of research data assets and products.
• Partner with R&D Tech, EDSE, and compliance teams to align investments and priorities.
