Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years in Real Estate Valuation or Consulting including valuations for financial reporting (ASC 805/ASC 820).
• Certified General real estate appraiser license and MAI designation in progress.
• Strong IT aptitude with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate valuation engagements and engagement management.
• Drive business development through internal and external channels.
• Manage day-to-day staff activities and client communication.
• Develop real estate valuations using discounted cash flows, direct capitalization, and other methods.
• Support marketing and quarterly real estate collateral.
