Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Contract Manager in Austin, TX to lead government and private cloud contract delivery with a customer-facing focus. You will oversee governance, pricing, licensing, renewals, and compliance across multiple stakeholders, including vendors and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes strategic contract execution, service governance, and collaboration with account management to align priorities and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in public sector or government contracting IT programs.
• Experience with SaaS, private cloud, or hybrid cloud environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of customer-facing private cloud and public sector contract delivery.
• Coordinate with Account Manager, customer, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to achieve goals.
• Monitor contract lifecycle activities: deliverables, change orders, renewals, extensions, licensing, and compliance milestones.
• Translate business requirements into actionable contract delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional interactions with Product Management, Customer Support, Cloud Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Delivery Ops.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reviews on contract status, service performance, and renewal readiness.
• Coach project leaders on contract management fundamentals and government contractor expectations.
