Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a PMO Director in Austin, TX to lead private cloud services and complex transformation programs. Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, private cloud services, or large IT delivery initiatives.
7+ years in PMO leadership or portfolio management within multi‑vendor environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the PMO function for private cloud services and transformation programs, including governance, planning, and delivery assurance.
Coordinate across customer stakeholders, delivery teams, platform teams, security, procurement, and vendors.
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, roadmaps, dependency logs, action item registers, and executive status materials.
Facilitate governance routines such as steering committees, reviews, and risk forums.
Partner with architects and engineering to track platform readiness, migration planning, and transition.
Provide executive-ready communications detailing progress, blockers, decisions needed, and financial implications.
Navigate stakeholder dynamics with professionalism in a high-visibility enterprise delivery environment.
Support service transition activities including runbooks, SLAs, and handoff to managed services.
