Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a 105-bed Independent Living community in California. You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while upholding the company’s Pillars of Excellence.

You will build relationships with local partners, manage budgets, and oversee clinical, dining, memory care and social programs, delivering personalized care and exceptional hospitality to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or health-related field.
• At least three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
• Proven ability to manage operating expenses.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per laws and board standards.
• Model a resident-centered, customer-focused vision.
• Develop external business development and referral strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain records.
• Manage budget, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Monitor NOI and capital partner returns.
• Oversee all departments for efficient operations.
