Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose is seeking an Executive Director to lead our senior living community with Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will oversee operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, occupancy, and resident experience, supported by regional and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Needs leadership experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets including labor, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Knowledge of RCFE/Healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience building engaged teams and delivering excellent resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a premier senior living community.
• Oversee occupancy, revenue, financial management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire department leaders and teams; foster accountability and hospitality.
• Serve as the visible leader, building relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and company standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding and development across all departments; support occupancy goals with sales/marketing.
