Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Executive Director to lead and expand ambulatory services across a broad geographic footprint. You will oversee Medical Group operations, drive accountability for safety, quality, and patient experience, and shape growth across multiple states.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget stewardship, and collaboration with physician and APP leaders to recruit and retain talent while advancing health equity and access to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another relevant field.
• Five years progressive healthcare leadership or practice management experience.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Master’s degree healthcare or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical group operations for a large portfolio of clinics and service lines.
• Develop and manage budgets; review reports and proposals.
• Influence direct and indirect reports to meet Medical Group goals.
• Foster mentorship, leadership development, and talent growth.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to recruit and retain physicians and APPs.
