Job summary

Intermountain Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Health Operations to advance the integration of behavioral health and physical health service delivery. You will ensure coordinated workflows, provider capacity optimization, and seamless member services across sites and modalities, collaborating with medical leadership and administrative departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership in integrated or behavioral health systems.
• Experience with workflow design, provider operations, or care integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of managed care, payer requirements, utilization processes, and access-to-care standards.
• Experience using EHR platforms to support workflow optimization and integration.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align behavioral health and medical health services.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions to improve communication, efficiency and care transitions.
• Map and optimize workflows for referrals, intake, scheduling, medication management and follow-up visits.
• Develop standardized workflows and training materials for compliance.
• Monitor key indicators and improve access across sites and modalities (in-person, telehealth).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Revenue Cycle and Compliance.
